Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Crypto Cash, operated by the operator of Crypto Cash. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Crypto Cash is, and what it is not
Crypto Cash is a technology interface for buying and selling cryptocurrency. It is not an exchange, a broker-dealer, a bank, or a custodian.
- We never take possession of your money. We hold no customer cash balance of any kind.
- We never take possession of your cryptocurrency. We hold no private keys and operate no wallets on your behalf.
- There is no order book, no matching engine, no margin, no leverage, and no lending or yield product.
- You cannot transfer funds or assets to another Crypto Cash user through the platform.
2. Who you actually transact with
When you place an order, we record your instruction, show you an estimate, and hand you to a licensed on-ramp provider. No provider is connected at present, so orders cannot be placed.
The provider is your counterparty, not us. The provider takes your payment, performs its own identity verification, sets the final price, and delivers the asset directly to a wallet address you control. Your purchase is subject to that provider’s own terms, which you accept when you use its checkout. We are not a party to that transaction and cannot reverse, refund or amend it.
3. Pricing, fees and estimates
Prices shown on Crypto Cash are live mid-market reference prices from third-party market data feeds. They are estimates for your information.
The final price is set by the payment provider at the moment of execution and will differ from the estimate shown here. Crypto volatility means it may differ materially. We charge a desk fee of 0.35% of the order value, disclosed before you confirm. The provider charges its own fees separately, on its own screens.
Minimum order is $20.00. A rolling 24-hour limit of $25,000.00 applies per account.
4. Your account
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and using the service must be lawful where you are.
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of every wallet address you save. Cryptocurrency sent to a wrong address is irreversible and unrecoverable. We cannot retrieve it, and neither can the provider.
- One person, one account. Do not use the service on behalf of anyone else.
5. Verification and refusal
Identity verification is required before trading, and the provider performs its own binding checks. We may refuse, delay or reverse-review any order, and may suspend or close an account, where we reasonably suspect fraud, sanctions exposure, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Every order is reviewed and recorded by our desk.
6. Krypto AI
Krypto AI is an automated assistant. It can look up live prices and your own account information, and it explains how the service works. It is provided for convenience only.
- It does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing it says is a recommendation.
- It cannot place, change, cancel or refund an order, and it cannot alter your account.
- Automated systems can be wrong. Do not rely on it for anything that matters — check your orders page, and contact the desk if something looks incorrect.
- Your messages are processed by Google. See the privacy policy.
7. No advice
Nothing on Crypto Cash is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We do not assess whether any cryptocurrency is suitable for you. What you buy, and whether to buy at all, is your decision alone. Consider taking independent advice.
8. Availability
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Market data feeds, payment providers and networks can all fail or be withdrawn. We may suspend ordering at any time — including to protect customers during an incident — without notice.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, from the acts or omissions of a payment provider, from blockchain network behaviour, or from an address you entered incorrectly. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to your registered email. You may close your account at any time. We retain transaction records after closure where the law requires it — see the privacy policy.
11. Governing law
[To be completed by counsel: governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, and the list of territories the service is and is not offered in.]
