Risk disclosure
Read this before buying anything. Cryptocurrency is a high-risk asset and you can lose money — including all of it.
You can lose everything
Cryptocurrency prices are extremely volatile and can fall sharply, without warning and without a floor. There is no fundamental value that has to be recovered and no guarantee any asset regains a previous price. Only commit money you can afford to lose entirely.
Nothing here is insured
Cryptocurrency is not a bank deposit. It is not covered by FDIC insurance, SIPC protection, the UK FSCS, or any equivalent scheme. If an asset falls in value, or a network or wallet fails, no compensation scheme makes you whole.
Transactions cannot be undone
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. There is no chargeback, no stop payment and no recall. If you save a wrong wallet address, the asset is gone permanently. Check every address character by character before you save it. Neither we nor the payment provider can recover it.
You hold your own assets
Assets are delivered to a wallet you control. That means you alone are responsible for its keys or recovery phrase. If you lose them, nobody can restore your access — not us, and not the provider. There is no password reset for a blockchain wallet.
The price you see is an estimate
Prices shown are live mid-market reference figures. The final price is set by the payment provider when the transaction executes, and in a fast-moving market it can differ materially from the estimate. Our desk fee of 0.35% is disclosed before you confirm; the provider charges its own fees on its own screens.
We do not advise you
Crypto Cash gives no investment, financial, tax or legal advice. We make no recommendation about any asset and do not assess whether cryptocurrency suits your circumstances. Krypto AI will not advise you either, by design. If you are unsure, speak to an independent adviser.
Tax is your responsibility
Buying, selling or disposing of cryptocurrency may be a taxable event where you live. Keep your own records — your orders page is a starting point, not a tax return. We do not provide tax reporting.
Other things that can go wrong
- Liquidity — in stressed markets you may not be able to sell when you want, or at the price you expect.
- Network risk — blockchains can congest, fork, or suffer bugs and attacks. Transfers can be delayed or, in rare cases, lost.
- Counterparty risk — the payment provider is a separate business. Its failure or withdrawal can interrupt or prevent transactions.
- Regulatory risk — rules governing cryptocurrency change, sometimes quickly, and may restrict what you can do or what we can offer.
- Fraud — crypto attracts scams. Nobody legitimate will ask for your recovery phrase. We will never ask you to send crypto to “verify” or “unlock” anything.
By placing an order you confirm you have read this, understand that you may lose your money, and are acting on your own judgement.
